Sheridan Healthcare Appoints Dr. Steven Sheinman to New Ambulatory Anesthesia Position

Sunrise, Fla.-based anesthesia provider Sheridan Healthcare appointed Steven Sheinman, MD, to the newly-created position of national medical director of ambulatory anesthesia.

Dr. Steven SheinmanDr. Sheinman also serves as Sheridan’s Miami-Dade County regional medical director overseeing anesthesiology programs at ASCs. He will continue to fulfill his role as chairman of anesthesia and medical director at the North Miami Beach Surgical Center.

He received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his internship in internal medicine at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Sheinman completed his anesthesiology residency at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City.
