Sunrise, Fla.-based Sheridan Healthcare announced the acquisition of San Ramon, Calif.-based Medical Anesthesia Consultants Medical Group, perioperative care provider and independent anesthesia group.
Medical Anesthesia Consultants Medical Group is comprised of more than 100 anesthesiologists and currently serves 28 clinical sites. It is the first California-based anesthesiology practice to be acquired by Sheridan.
