MiraMed Global Services subsidiary Plexus Technology Group will be exhibiting at the ASHP Midyear 2018 Clinical Meeting & Exhibition, Dec. 2-6 in Anaheim, Calif.
Here's what you should know:
1. The anesthesia information management systems provider will exhibit alongside its partner Codonics, which provides patient safety and image documentation solutions.
2. The partners will present Plexus TG's Anesthesia Touch platform and Pharmacy Connect solutions, as well as Codonics' Safe Label System.
3. The Safe Label System enable barcode verification of IV medications in the operating room.
4. Pharmacy Connect enables Anesthesia Touch's medication reconciliation features to work with any medication cart. It offers real-time medication reconciliation features for anesthesia and enhanced drug administration billing data.
"[Pharmacy Connect] allows facilities to fit Anesthesia Touch into their existing pharmacy infrastructure, adding its drug administration reports and charge interfaces without requiring extra hardware or systems," said Plexus TG CEO Tony Mira.
