1. PAS has served the Seattle community for the last 40 years with more than 120 providers.
2. Through the partnership, PAS physicians will maintain control of clinical operations while USAP helps elevate the performance of anesthesia practices.
3. David Lavitt, MD, CEO of Physicians Anesthesia Service, said, "We at PAS are excited to join USAP.
