1. This is Revelstoke’s 50th transaction. Revelstoke portfolio companies employ more than 30,000 employees.

2. Crossroads provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment services, as does EHC.

3. Crossroads Founder and CEO Rupert McCormac, MD, said, “This acquisition marks Crossroads’ expansion into our 11th state.
