North American Partners in Pain Management has opened a new practice in Huntington, N.Y.

Here are four notes:

1. The Huntington Pain Institute is the fifth pain management practice established by NAPPM on Long Island.

2. The office will be led by Robert Antoniou, MD, and it will offer a wide range of services, including epidurals, joint injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation and general pain management.

3. Dr. Antoniou focuses on the treatment of low back and neck pain caused by degenerative disc disease, arthritis, spinal stenosis, herniated disc, sciatica, muscle spasms, and more.

4. He completed his residency training in anesthesiology and fellowship training in pain management at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston.
