NAPA acquires ProCare Systems: 4 things to know

North American Partners in Anesthesia acquired ProCare Systems, a management services organization focused on chronic pain management.

Here are four things to know:

1. ProCare will serve as NAPA's strategically focused center of excellence managing and growing chronic pain management practices throughout the United States.

2. NAPA currently manages 27 hospital and office-based chronic pain management locations.

3. ProCare currently provides services to three chronic pain management practices at 13 locations in Michigan.

We couldn't envision a better partnership to expand those experiences to more patients all over the country," says Fred N. Davis, MD, president and co-founder of ProCare Systems. 5. NAPA provides anesthesia and management services to 79 hospitals and over 50 ASCs in 10 states.
