1. Ms. Hickman’s specialties include electronic health record implementations and optimizations, regulatory compliance, privacy and security best practices, quality and risk analysis.

She has worked with MIT Medical Center in Cambridge, Mass., Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Boston Medical Center, Duke University in Durham, N.C., Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk and Weill Cornell Medical School and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
4. Ms. Hickman co-authored the textbook “Coding and Documentation Compliance for the ICD and DSM: A Comprehensive Guide for Clinicians,” which is set for publication in the fall of 2016.
5. Ms. Hickman earned a bachelor of science in psychology and statistics degree from Purdue University in Lafayette, Ind.
