Here’s what you should know:
1. John Chatas, MD, Ed Washabaugh, MD, and Louis Bojrab, MD, are the first physicians in Michigan to use the pain management system.
2. The FDA approved the Spectra system in January. The system allows physicians and patients to combine therapeutic options, customize therapies and capture real-time feedback on chronic and debilitating pain.
3. The practice plans to begin offering the treatment Feb. 19.
4. Dr. Bojrab said of the treatment, “… With the new WaveWriter system we have the opportunity to provide more options and more pain relief to our patients.”
