Metropolitan Medical Services to Distribute Spacelabs’ Anesthesia Equipment to Southeast

Metropolitan Medical Services of North Carolina and Spacelabs Healthcare have announced a distributorship that will allow MMS to sell the Spacelabs’ BleaseSirius anesthesia delivery system in Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and to certain accounts near Asheville, N.C., according to a MMS news release.

Spacelabs Healthcare manufactures medical equipment for the global healthcare market, and its anesthesia delivery systems are manufactured in Issaquah, Wash.

“With this relationship, we’re now providing our customers with the option to purchase new anesthesia machines, with state-of-the-art ventilation technology at a value price point,” Jeff Rhinehart, CEO of MMS, said in the release.
