Both practices will become part of MEDNAX’s American Anesthesiology division, which consists of more than 485 physicians and 750 anesthesiologists.
Loudoun will add 12 anesthesiologists and 17 anesthetists, and AMAET will add 45 anesthesiologists and 158 anesthetists to MEDNAX’s division.
Eight physician groups have now become park of MEDNAX in 2012.
