Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based MEDNAX announced the acquisition of Grand Blanc, Mich.-based Great Lakes Anesthesia Associates.
The private practice group is the second Michigan-based anesthesia practice to join MEDNAX's American Anesthesiology division.
The practice includes 56 full-time anesthesia providers.
