Kit Check raises $12M in series B financing

Kit Check raised $12 million in a series B funding round.

Kit Check focuses on hospital pharmacy kit processing and medication tracking software. Its products include Kit Check for automated hospital pharmacy kit medication restocking and Anesthesia Check for automated anesthesia medication tracking, validation and recording in the operating room. The company will use the funding to expand its product portfolio and grow its customer base.

The funding round was led by Kaiser Permanente Ventures. Rex Health Ventures, the venture investment arm of Raleigh, N.C.-based Rex Healthcare, also contributed.
