The Eastern Ohio metropolitan area is the highest-paying region for nurse anesthetists to practice in, according to May 2024 data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, published April 2.
In addition, Montana is the highest-paid state for CRNAs.

1. Eastern Ohio
2. Fayetteville, N.C.
3. Northwest Illinois
4. Peoria, Ill.
5. Texarkana, Texas-Ark.
