3. Dr. Rogers earned his medical degree from Hanover, N.H.-based Dartmouth College. He completed an internship at New York City-based New York Medical College and a residency at New Brunswick, N.J.-based Robert Wood Johnson University. He completed his fellowship at Washington, D.C.-based Georgetown University.
