1. Dr. Silva joins Carris Health Surgery Center-Willmar and Carris Health-Rice Memorial Hospital.
2. Dr. Silva received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
3. He relocated from Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Silva enjoys golf, guitar and cycling in his spare time.
