Dr. Jesse Ehrenfeld Named Editor-in-Chief for Journal of Medical Systems

 Jesse Ehrenfeld, MD, MPH, has been selected to be editor-in-chief of the bimonthly publication Journal of Medical Systems, according to a Nashville Ledger report.

 Dr. Ehrenfeld is an associate professor of anesthesiology, surgery and biomedical informatics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. He is also director of the Center for Evidence-Based Anesthesia and director of the Perioperative Data Systems Research Division. He earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.

Dr. Ehrenfeld succeeds Ralph Grams, MD, University of Florida College of Medicine professor of pathology and medical informatics in Gainesville.
