The Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce named Catalina E. Garcia, MD, one of 2016 Women of Distinction honorees, according to a LMT Online report.

2. She earned her medical degree at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.

3. She completed her residency at Baylor University Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas.
