1. Several state and federal authorities led an investigation into the pain management clinic that led to the raid. Federal agents from the drug distribution and Medicaid fraud enforcement agencies conducted the raid.

2. Dayton Outpatient Center has a storied past. Clinic physician Suresh Gupta, MD, has five malpractice claims, two personal injury cases, multiple business lawsuits and gross sexual imposition charges tied to his name. No charges have stemmed from the raid.

3. No one involved in the raid or investigation commented to Dayton Daily News.
