CRH Medical acquired ownership of Johns Creek (Ga.) Anesthesia.

Here are three notes:

1. The anesthesia practice provides services to an ASC in the Johns Creek, Ga., area.

2. The transaction was funded with cash on hand.

3. CRH Medical provides physicians with products and services for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.

“This transaction further strengthens our presence in Georgia and will immediately be fully integrated into our existing operations. We believe that this and future transactions will continue to create value for CRH’s shareholders over both the immediate and long-term,” said Edward Wright, CEO of CRH Medical.
