Colorado Clinic adds Dr. Paul S. Leo: 5 things to know

Paul S. Leo, MD, has joined the Colorado Clinic, a neurology, pain management, regenerative medicine and sports medicine practice with locations throughout the state.

Here are five things to know about Dr. Leo:

1. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management.

2. He has practiced at community hospitals, level 1 trauma centers and teaching programs.

3. He uses a multimodal pain management approach, in which he combines therapies, medications and interventional procedures.

4. Along with traditional pain management methods like epidural steroids and joint injections, he also uses regenerative medicine, including platelet rich plasma therapy and stem cell injections.

5. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York City. He went on to perform an anesthesia residency at New York City-based Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he also completed a fellowship in pain management.
