The CSA is currently exploring alternative strategies to reverse Gov. Schwarzenegger’s decision. Last February, the CSA and CMA filed suit against Gov. Schwarzenegger in response to the governor’s letter to CMS requesting that the state be allowed to opt out of the supervision requirement.
