1. Dr. Stanton-Hicks is a former ASRA president and distinguished service award recipient.
2. He will present his lecture “CRPS: What’s In a Name?” on Nov. 18, at the 16th Annual Pain Medicine Meeting in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
