Here are four facts:
1. This was ASA’s second consecutive year receiving the honor.
2. Thirteen awards were presented in each of the three company size categories. The ASA was in the medium business category, for organizations with 101 to 300 employees.
3. An independent research firm evaluated each company’s submission based on measures including compensation, recruitment, employee development and engagement, diversity and inclusion and strategic company performance.
4. ASA is an educational research and scientific society with more than 52,000 members dedicated to raising and maintaining anesthesia practice standards.
“We at ASA are delighted to receive this honor for a second year, especially at this time when retaining and finding top-notch, high quality staff and candidates can be challenging,” said ASA CEO Paul Pomerantz.
