Phoenix-based Arizona Heart Anesthesia joined National Partners in Healthcare.

Three highlights:

1. Arizona Heart Anesthesia will retain full practice autonomy and control over day-to-day operations as an NPH partner.

2. Arizona Heart Anesthesia is a 23-year-old practice led by President Reza Kharrazi, MD.

3. National Partners in Healthcare is a joint venture between private equity firm Archimedes Health Investors and investment firm BlueMountain Capital Management.
