Anesthesiologist on the Move: Dr. Frederic Gerges Appointed Director of St. Elizabeth Medical Center’s Pain Management Center

Frederic Gerges, MD, has recently been appointed as director of St. Elizabeth’s Pain Management Center in Boston, according to a Lexington Minuteman news report.

Dr. Gerges completed his medical education at Lebanese University and his fellowship at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Residencies were completed at American University of Beirut and St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. His clinical interests include interventional pain management, geriatric pain management, cancer pain management and intradiscal procedures.

 

As the director of St. Elizabeth’s Pain Management Center, Dr. Gerges is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of board-certified pain management experts and utilizing modern techniques to treat chronic pain patients.
