  1. Privately held anesthesia services firm Somnia was ordered by a federal judge to pay $2.4 million in a class action lawsuit following a 2022 data breach.
  2. High Point, N.C.-based Carolina Anesthesiology was found to have a non-password protected database holding 21,344 patient records.
  3. Hazleton (Pa.) Anesthesia Services experienced a data breach.
