2. The group saw enhanced collaboration among anesthesiologists, surgeons and hospitalists, which boosted patient outcomes.

3. Allied Anesthesia increased patient contact in 2016, as well.

4. In its county, the group was at the forefront of implementing an electronic anesthesia information management system.

5. Allied Anesthesia also began routine use of ultrasound for regional anesthetics and use of the latest technology for brain tissue oxygen monitoring in the cardiac operating room in 2016.

6. The year saw the addition of many new team members, including anesthesiologists and pain management physicians, among others.
