A timeline of CRH Medical’s $27.5M anesthesia acquisitions in 2018

All five acquisitions Vancouver, Canada-based CRH Medical Corp. made in 2018 were in its anesthesia segment, according to Money Making Articles.

The purchases amounted to $27,509,811 in cash and costs incurred.

A timeline of the transactions:

March 2018: A CRH Corp. subsidiary agrees to acquire 100 percent of certain assets of Shreveport (La.) Sedation Associates.

May 2018: A CRH Corp. subsidiary agrees to acquire 51 percent of the ownership interest in Beavercreek-based Western Ohio Sedation Associates.

July 2018: A CRH Corp. subsidiary agrees to acquire a 51 percent interest in Lynnwood-based Lake Washington Anesthesia Associates, a gastroenterology anesthesia services provider.

September 2018: A CRH Corp. subsidiary agrees to acquire 100 percent of the ownership interest in Chagrin Falls, Ohio-based Lake Erie Sedation Associates.

December 2018: A CRH Corp. subsidiary agrees to acquire 51 percent of the ownership interest in Johnson City-based Tennessee Valley Anesthesia Associates.
