Providence opens new endoscopy center

Renton, Wash.-based Providence has re-opened its North Coast Surgery Center in Oceanside, Calif., the Times Standard reported Feb. 5. 

The revamped facility includes an expansion of outpatient endoscopy services, according to the report, offering colonoscopies and other gastrointestinal procedures.

About 20 clinicians will work within the center, including two endoscopy specialists and one pain medicine physician.
