The sale-leaseback of Wiles Eye Center in St. Joseph, Mo., has been completed, according to a Jan. 14 news release from CREG | Healthcare, who represented the seller.
The transaction used a 10-year sale-leaseback structure, allowing the physician owner to access real estate equity while retaining operational control of the practice.
The ophthalmology ASC spans 11,174 square feet and includes an operating room for advanced ophthalmic procedures.
