The building was purchased last year from the federal government by Dr. Albert Domingo, who has indicated he plans to move his obstetrics and gynecology practice to the site and expand it.

Plans call for a surgical center, a small pharmacy, pediatrician and other physicians to join his practice in the renovated building.

Dr. Domingo has estimated the project will cost more than $2 million, according to the report.
