California ASC, MOB sold for $36.4M

A medical office building in Escondido, Calif., has been sold for $36.4 million, according to a Jan. 8 report from REBusiness Online

The 72,000-square-foot center includes an ASC, endoscopy center, onsite pharmacy and cardiology lab services. 

Neighborhood Healthcare acquired the multi-tenant facility. The seller was not disclosed.
