Big Sky Medical, an investment management firm, has bought Hillcrest Medical Park, a 31,661-square-foot outpatient medical office building in Frisco, Texas.

The building includes a mix of existing medical tenants and move-in-ready space for new practices. It is located in Collin County, a fast-growing area in North Texas, according to an Oct. 13 system news release.

Frisco’s population has grown by 27% over the past five years, supporting continued demand for outpatient care, the firm said.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
