North American Partners in Anesthesia has appointed JoAnna Nicholson, JD, as its new senior vice president and chief legal officer.
According to a Sept. 29 news release, Ms. Nicholson is returning to NAPA after her previous role as chief legal officer at Stamford, Conn.-based Spire Orthopedic Partners. She previously served as vice president and deputy general counsel at NAPA.
Ms. Nicholson’s legal background is in healthcare transactions, regulatory compliance, HIPAA and data privacy.
