St. Mary’s to open GI practice in Georgia

Athens, Ga.-based St. Mary’s Medical Group is opening St. Mary’s Gastroenterology Associates with gastroenterologist Lance McLeroy, MD, Sept. 15.

Dr. McLeroy previously practiced at Greenville, S.C.-based Prisma Health. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, according to a Sept. 8 news release.

The practice will provide diagnostic and therapeutic GI care, including colonoscopies and endoscopies, for patients across Northeast Georgia.
