Columbus-based OhioHealth will open its new $31 million Canal Winchester (Ohio) Health Center on Aug. 12, bringing expanded care options to one of central Ohio’s fastest-growing communities, according to an Aug. 11 system release.
The three-story, 40,000-square-foot facility will offer 24/7 emergency care, primary care, diagnostic imaging, women’s health, sports medicine and rotating specialty services. It will create more than 50 new jobs, according to the release.
The center’s emergency department includes 12 private treatment rooms, advanced imaging, a resuscitation room and both walk-in and ambulance entrances. Additional services include outpatient mammography, cardiology, urology and obstetrics and gynecology.
