Neenah, Wisc.-based ThedaCare has acquired the Wisconsin Institute of Urology in Fox Crossing, for $16.5 million.
According to an Aug. 1 news release, WIU is the largest independent urology practice in the state.
As a part of this agreement, ThedaCare will also become the majority member of the Wisconsin Institute of Surgical Excellence, an ASC.
