Pennsylvania anesthesiologist to retire after 45 years of service

Niaz Ahmed, MD, an anesthesiologist at Warren (Pa.) General Hospital, is set to retire, according to a July 17 report from Times Observer

Dr. Ahmed has provided anesthesia care at Warren General Hospital for the past 45 years.

After finishing his anesthesia residency in Cincinnati, Dr. Ahmed joined Warren General Hospital in 1980. 

His last day at the hospital is set to be July 18, the report said.
