The 7.3 acre project will include Brookeside Surgical Arts at York, a 16,500 square foot ASC.
Brookeside Surgical Arts at York is being developed in partnership with local surgeons and will include six operating rooms with private recovery areas.
The surgery center is tracking toward a November opening.
