A medical outpatient building in Scottsdale, Ariz., has sold for $44.58 million, according to a June 18 report from AZBigMedia.
The 163,311-square-foot property is currently 78% leased. Around 66% of lessees are medical facilities, including oncology, cardiology, ophthalmology and primary care.
The two-story facility was sold by estate investment and development firm MIG Real Estate to an Arizona-based commercial real estate investment company.
