Creekside Medical Clinic, an independent, physician-owned group, is joining Sioux Fall, S.D.-based Sanford Health.
The clinic is located in Rapid City, S.D., and provides outpatient care, preventive health screenings and an on-site laboratory, according to a June 16 news release from Sanford Health.
Creekside Medical Clinic has provided care for more than 25 years, and has four physicians on its staff, all of whom are expected to join Sanford Health.
The change is anticipated for Sept. 1, the release said.
Sanford Health is an integrated nonprofit health system with 56 hospitals and nearly 300 clinic locations, according to its website.
