The Hospitals of Providence broke ground on a $21 million medical office building in El Paso, Texas, according to a June 8 report from El Paso Inc.

The 60,000-square-foot, three-story building is part of the health system’s Mission Ridge medical campus and will house physician clinics and outpatient services.

The health system is owned by Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, which has invested about $2 billion into The Hospitals of Providence over the past two decades.

Sun City Orthopedic & Hand Surgery Specialists and Providence Practice Partners are two of the building’s confirmed tenants.

The facility is scheduled to open in summer 2026, the release said.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
