New Jersey medical office building sells for $18M

A medical office building in Montclair, N.J., has sold for $17.9 million, according to a May 8 report from Real Estate NJ.

The 41,000-square-foot facility was purchased by a joint venture between BGO and Anchor Health Properties. The seller has not been disclosed. 

The building, fully leased by Summit Health, has been open for four years and houses more than 60 exam rooms. 

Anchor Health’s medical office portfolio is nearing $400 million in assets under management, according to the report.
