The 14-page update was published April 12. Noteworthy changes include revising modifier -A1 (Principal Physician or Record) to AI and deleting the parenthetical note following CPT 47490 — “For radiological supervision and interpretation, use 75989” — as code 47490 has been revised and is now a bundled service.
