Fujifilm has released two new gastroscopes — the EG-840T and the EG-840TP — as part of its next-generation 800 series, according to an April 30 news release.

Both devices work with Fujifilm’s endoscopic imaging system, which uses LED multi-light technology to improve visibility during procedures.

The EG-840T is designed to expand treatment capabilities while also being versatile enough for routine upper GI procedures. The slimmer EG-840TP supports new and emerging techniques for treating upper GI conditions.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
