Illinois Hospital Opens New Ambulatory and Endoscopy Center

Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Ill., has opened a new 17,000-square-foot ambulatory and endoscopy center, according to a press release from the hospital.

The new center has seven procedure rooms and 30 private patient recovery rooms, and eliminated the need for patient-transport between several units of the hospital.

The new center offers a variety of services including infusion therapy, pain management, endoscopy services such as gastroenterology and pulmonary procedures, and high definition imaging for bronchoscopes.
