Eye Physicians of Lancaster (Pa.) closed its doors April 7, according to a notice and pdf letter posted to its website, signed by Thomas Krulewski, MD. He gave no reason for the closure.
“I regret to inform you that effective immediately the practice is permanently closed. I will no longer be available to take care of your medical needs as of April 7, 2025,” the letter reads.
According to the notice, patients can obtain copies of their medical records by contacting MetalQuest, which is serving as the medical record custodian.
