A fully leased medical office building and ASC in Grapevine, Texas, has changed hands, according to a March 20 press release published in The Business Press.
The building features eight exam and two operating rooms, totaling 17,724 square feet. It was first constructed in 2010.
Details were not provided as to what ASC is housed in the building, which was acquired by Flagship Healthcare Properties.
