A medical office building in Arlington, Va., has sold for $47 million — 6% less than the property was last traded for in 2021, according to a March 17 report from the Washington Business Journal.

The eight-story Arlington Medical Center sold Feb. 10, after most recently selling in 2021 for $50.15 million. Previously, it had sold for $52.25 million in 2012.

Systems housed in the office building include Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health System and Virginia Heart. The property was purchased by an affiliate of Remedy Medical Properties.
